Will I hear back from someone even if I am not shortlisted for the position I applied for?

Yes. We will always advise you of the outcome regardless of whether you have been selected for an interview or not.

If you have been selected for an interview and were not successful we will also give you feedback as to why Career Calling Jobs or the employer decided not to continue with your application process

If you would like to withdraw your application, simply email jobs@careercalling.com.au with your name, position you applied for which you would like to cancel and state that you would like to withdraw your application.

We understand that a lot of candidates are currently employed when looking and applying for jobs. All conversations had and any details provided will be strictly confidential.

Yes. If we currently do not have any positions that fit your profile then simply click on the candidates tab and register your details and attach your resume. Please include a cover letter outlining what it is that you are looking for. We will keep your resume on file and contact you if a suitable position becomes available.

Employer

We will provide regular updates on our recruitment progress including any barriers that may be delaying the process in attracting suitable candidates

Permanent placements are guaranteed! If you are not satisfied or the employee leaves in the first three months, we will replace them at no additional cost. We will however provide post placement support to the candidate and to the employer to help with any issues that may arise.

We will meet with you to discuss and identify exactly what you are looking for and get a good understanding of your organisation including culture and required skill set.

We will do all of the advertising, screening and conducting initial interviews with the candidates.

We will make sure candidates have appropriate and up to date qualifications, vocational competency and current industry experience if required.

A shortlist of candidates will be ready for you to meet with and select to join your team.
Comprehensive reference checks will be done by us.
