What is the process?
We will meet with you to discuss and identify exactly what you are looking for and get a good understanding of your organisation including culture and required skill set.
We will do all of the advertising, screening and conducting initial interviews with the candidates.
We will make sure candidates have appropriate and up to date qualifications, vocational competency and current industry experience if required.
A shortlist of candidates will be ready for you to meet with and select to join your team.
Comprehensive reference checks will be done by us.
We will provide regular updates on our recruitment progress including any barriers that may be delaying the process in attracting suitable candidates.
We will provide post placement support for both the employer and candidate.
